About Sassy Mac Boys
Located at 7200 Harrison Ave, Rockford, IL 61112, Sassy Mac Boys operates as a fast food serving Rockford in Illinois. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.
This group covers the non-Asian restaurants, cafes, bars and food businesses that also appear in a mixed-cuisine food scene, including American diners, pizza, Mexican food, burgers, steakhouses and bakeries. Standard US restaurant norms apply: lunch and dinner service with a quieter stretch between, cards and tap-to-pay accepted almost everywhere, and a tip of 15-20% customary for table service. Fast food and quick-service counters expect payment up front and tipping is optional. Bars check ID for anyone who looks under 30, and the drinking age is 21 nationwide. Many restaurants in this group take reservations online through third-party platforms, while casual and fast-food spots are walk-in only. Sales tax is added at the register on top of the menu price and varies by city and state, so the final total is usually a few percent higher than the posted prices suggest.
The business lists hours on 2 days of the week. Typical hours are 10 AMβ8 PM. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. Sassy Mac Boys is one of my favorite places to eat! Their mac and cheese is absolutely amazing, and the pulled pork mac and cheese is my go-to every time. It's packed with flavor and always hits the spot. The atmosphere is always welcoming, fun, and full of good vibes. The staff is friendly, the food is consistently delicious, and it's a place I always look forward to visiting. If you haven't tried it yet, do yourself a favor and order the pulled pork mac and cheeseβyou won't be disappointed!

Been wanting to try this place because I like supporting local businesses. What American doesnβt like mac and cheese, at least a good one. The service was top notch. I was told they offer 3 sizes: child, regular and large. I asked for recommendations and decided on the regular size pulled pork mac and cheese. The BBQ sauce did smell good. I did not like my mac and cheese. It is literally s Cavatappi noodles covered in a standard cheese sauce and topped with pulled pork and BBQ sauce squeezed on top. The pork taste similar to the pre-made ones you can purchase at a grocery store, the cheese sauce tastes like an average cheese sauce with seasoned salt.

12/10 Sassy Mac is the best!! It was very fun being at the grand opening & i got to try something new! I had the Garlic Bacon Bliss Mac and it was excellent. Usually I go for the BBQ Pulled Pork Mac, but im really glad i changed it up because it was exactly what i needed! Congratulations on the second location!

Sassy Macβs has grown and added another location. Great new spot in the food court, lower level, next to Pink. Locally owned and operated. Made to order Mac and Cheese with a lot of variety. Something for everyone. Homemade shakes and dozens of energy drink and coffee choices. Also available on many food delivery platforms. Super fast service.
